Order Processing

At FragHaus, we aim to process all orders within 1 working day. Our processing hours are Monday to Sunday, 9am–5pm, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.

Some products may qualify for same-day processing, provided the order is placed before 3 pm. For next-day dispatch, please ensure your order is completed by 3 pm.
Orders received after 3 pm on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Shipping Options

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Estimated within 1–3 working days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Cost: Available free on selected products; otherwise, express shipping charges will apply.
  • Details: Orders placed before 3 pm are dispatched the same or next working day for fast delivery.
  • Courier: Most express orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48h or an equivalent tracked service.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Estimated within 2–5 working days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Cost: Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
  • Details: Orders are processed within 1 working day and dispatched promptly to ensure timely delivery.
  • Courier: Typically shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48h.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
Please allow a few hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently offer delivery across the United Kingdom only.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Delivery times may vary for remote or rural locations, but we always strive to ensure timely delivery.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link first.
If you still need assistance, contact our customer support team at info@fraghaus.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help locate your parcel.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
